I have to admit that starting the healthy lifestyle could get very confusing. Being unsure of what to eat, what not to eat, if to starve, what workout routine to do or not could be quite a lot. Things however get a lot better when you have some sort of guide, coach to guide you through what exact diets or meals work for you. While you might not be able to afford a personal trainer or a nutritionists, there are some very useful Instagram pages to help put you on track.
Ask Damz: Ask Damz is one of the popular healthy lifestyle pages on Instagram. Damilola who owns Ask Damz is a certified nutritionist and a weight loss coach. The good thing about ask Damz is that she can relate with your struggles because she was once over weight herself. Her instagram page is quit motivating because posts before and after pictures of her clients and the result is astounding. She also posts healthy diet tips. No, Ask Damz won’t ask you to do one of those extreme detoxes or live on just fruits and vegetables. Her weight loss approach is quite practical.
Fitmrsfats: Get inspired by Lola Komolafe also known as April through her clean eating tips and videos. As a certified nutritionist, she also takes interested clients through a 12 week weigh loss program. Being on her page inspires you to eat healthier and attain your body goals.
Afrogirlfitness: If you are ever in need of workout effective workout routine videos that work, Afrogirlfitness is the page to be on. This page aggregates workout videos of some of the fittest people in the world. What more could you ask for?
Weightloss Routines: The page offers weightloss advice, useful weightloss tips, home exercises and healthy recipes you can all try out from home. With over 1.5 million followers, they certainly must be doing something right. Check them out to help you through your fitness journey.

AmaraKanu: Yes you guessed right. This is veteran footballer Kanu Nwankwo’s wife and she’s a fitness enthusiast. Her page make being a fit mum look so cool. She also posts videos of some of her daily workout routines. She recently launched her book titled Healthy Living with Amara Kanu. Certainly seems like something you should grab a copy off.
