Are all items purchased online covered by warranty?
All items sold on Konga.com are sourced from suppliers authorized by the manufacturers. All devices on Konga.com are ONLY covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. i.e. defects from manufacturer. Once delivered to you in good condition, these items are now covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranty. To return any items bought on konga.com, ensure the item is in line with the conditions in our cancellation and return policy.
All items have free insurance coverage against theft and damage during transit.
How much are the delivery charges?
Konga.com provides free delivery on all items within the Lagos metropolis and nationwide if your total order amount is over N5,000 and N15,000 respectively. If your order is below 5,000 and 15,000 respectively within the Lagos metropolis and Nationwide, there will be a delivery charge incurred based on your location within the country. Please see below for the charges applicable to your location:

What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated time of delivery is mentioned on every product page. It may further differ from one location to another. Below is an explanation of delivery estimates:
- Every item bought on Konga.com is delivered within 1-2 days within Lagos and up to 3 days nationwide. Orders after 12 noon may be shipped the same day or the following day.
- With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. This will be followed by a call to verify your purchase and initiate shipping.
- Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email confirming the shipping details.
How will the delivery be done?
We process most of our deliveries through Konga.com dispatches. Some deliveries may be processed through reputed couriers (there is no added cost to this).
What about warranty and hidden costs?
There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional dispatch charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price, what you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive, all taxes are included with the list prices.
Does Konga.com deliver internationally?
Konga.com doesn't deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you'll have to ensure the delivery address is within Nigeria.
