The Consumer Protection Council (CPC) has mandated that Konga and its merchants provide a high level of customer service by retrieving disputed returned orders from customers.
Starting Monday November 16th 2015, sellers will be charged a nominal fee for the retrieval of disputed orders that fall within these categories:
The return charge will be deducted from your Konga wallet once the return has been authorized. If there are insufficient funds in your Konga wallet at the time, or you receive your proceeds through Konga Pay, you will be issued a Returns Charge invoice on a weekly basis.
Please ensure that returns charges are paid on time so that you can retrieve your returned items.
