Accepted to Shipped (Self)This applies to orders which you intend to ship via any courier of your choice or self deliver. The benefit of marking an order as shipped at the appropriate time include:
Accepted to Shipped (K–Express) Orders should be dropped off at the nearest drop off location to avoid cancellation and ensure swift delivery to the customer.
Shipped to Delivered (Self) Updating delivered orders via self-fulfillment is very important as this also increases your delivery rate. This helps to ensure payment is made to you for prepaid orders. Failure to update delivered orders would lead to delayed payment and such order might only get updated after 22 days or if customer confirms delivery from their order history page.
Cancellation Request If a shipped order requires cancellation due to a customer changing his/her mind, failed delivery etc. such order(s) should be forwarded to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com with the reason for cancellation. Once this has been done such others will not be included in your cancellation rate. Failure to notify us about shipped order(s) not delivered due to rejection by the customer(s) after 22 days would result in having the order updated as delivered.
Note: The implication of such is to pay the commission charged on such order(s).
