What is TrustPay?

TrustPay is an escrow payment service which protects both buyers and sellers when dealing with each other, by holding the buyers’ funds until transaction is complete and the buyer is satisfied.

How does TrustPay work?

When buyers pay through TrustPay, the payment is protected as funds are transferred to Konga’s or our approved merchant’s account but held as pending. Konga ships and tracks the item(s). And once the delivery is confirmed and no complaint is made within 7 days, the funds are ready to be paid to the seller. This service applies to all payment methods (online, pay on delivery and bank transfer payments).

If a payment is not made through TrustPay, the purchase will not benefit from this protection and Konga cannot guarantee anything related to the transaction. Read More

How do I get my money back?

If you are not satisfied with your order – the item that you ordered did not arrive or is not as described – you can make a refund request by contacting Konga.com Customer Care on 01 460 5555 or writing us at help@konga.com within 7 days of delivery. The funds will be held until the Konga Seller Admin proves that the claim is valid. The total product amount paid will be returned to the buyer account.
