In the hotel, bar or restaurant there is always need for quick and standard service system between the patronising customers and the resident waiters. This wireless call system optimises the service to undoubtable harmony between the customers and the waiters because of the comfortability, competence and convenience.
This system comprises a wireless wristwatch worn by a head-waiter and 10 wireless call buttons on each customer table. Each customer button is numbered according to each table. Each button executes 4 major functions, call to service, call to order, call to cancel order and call to pay bill. When a customer presses any of the button it rings or vibrates on the waiter’s watch indicating the table number that calls and the service wanted by the customer. When the waiter receives the request signal, the waiter goes to the particular table for attention or the waiter would immediately direct any other waiter to attend to the particular table number.
This system has great advantages to the customers, waiters and the management because of its comfort and convenience for the customers, the reduction of workload and stress for the waiters and service cost reduction and standardised service delivery for the management.
