Air Curtain Installation and Maintenance Instruction

Installation method:

1. The whole machine is installed with channel steel as the beam and the whole machine is bolted to the beam and installed firmly.
2. Before the air curtain wring, push the impeller by hand. Pay attention to whether the impeller sweeps the ceasing. For example, if the casing is swept, please try to remove it immediately and pay attention to whether the impeller rotates in the correct direction. The fuselage casing should be reliable grounded.

Use and Maintenance:

• If there is any abnormality during operation stop immediately and check.
• Keep the air curtain clean and clean the dust regularly
• The air curtain should be installed on the indoor side of the gate.
• All kinds of air curtains will stop immediately if they have different response during operation.
• The air curtain is generally used for 1500 hours and wind wheel should be cleaned. When cleaning, care should be taken to prevent deformation or damage of the blade. Before checking or cleaning the machine, the power must be cut off to ensure safety.
